Order Processing and Shipping 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order and your credit card has been charged for the purchase.  Orders will typically be processed within 2 business days of purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will issue a credit to your card and notify you via e-mail.  

Order Shipment

Orders typically ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® or USPS First Class mail, with expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days based on destination.  Once the order has shipped, you will receive an Order Shipped e-mail. 

Shipping/Handling Charges:

Shipping/handling charges are based on the total weight of the package and are charged as follows:

Up to 1 pound - $3.00

1.01 - 2 pounds - $6.00

Over 2 pounds - $9.00

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  If you notice any damage, please report it immediately via the Contact form on this website. 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before you receive notification that the order has been shipped by requesting a cancellation via the Contact form on this website.  If your order has shipped, it will be handled as a return (see Return and Exchange Policy).   

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.  Please submit your refund or exchange request via the Contact form on this website.   

Returns (refunds, gift refunds, or exchanges)

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Please use the Contact form on this website to provide information regarding your return.  You will be given a Return Request Number, which will be used to process your return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card and advise you of such.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order. 

Gift Refunds

Please use the Contact form on this website to provide us information regarding your return, including the person who made the original purchase.  You will be given a Return Request Number, which will be used to process your return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.  If your return is approved, we will issue you a check which you will receive within 7-10 business days.   

Exchanges

Any item may be exchanged for a different color or another item of the same price.

Please use the Contact form on this website to provide information regarding your exchange.  You will be given a Return Request Number, which will be used to process your exchange. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.  If your exchange is approved, we will ship the exchange item to you, free of shipping costs.  You will receive your exchange item within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping  costs for return items.  Shipping costs are non­-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
